enlace developed a strategic plan to improve relationships with the Latino community and increase participation of Latino youth and families in programs sponsored by a renowned national organization. The process included grassroots community engagement, development of basic language training specific to the client’s program needs and Marketing & Communications support. enlace was able to reap quality results that continue to serve the organization’s growth and connection with the Latino community.
